Cassandra Golden

Meet Cassandra Golden! Originally from Fort Myers, Fl & a graduate of USF, Cassandra is the Employee Wellness Dietitian at John’s Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Cassandra is also the owner and creator of Nutrition Nibbles Consulting, LLC.

Living in St. Pete for the past 18 months, Cassandra has trouble narrowing down the reasons why she loves St. Pete. What drew Cassandra to the area was the city’s wellness influence. The downtown walk ability, bike trails, water activities, farmer’s market’s and presence of plant based restaurants is simply ubiquitous. Food tours, mural tours and festivals inundate the calendars of those who live here. On any given day, benches along Beach Drive are lined with people pausing to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. Cassandra has affectionately named St. Pete as a foodie’s paradise and a Dietitians dream!
