Meet Eric Jacob! Eric was born in Toledo, OH & his family used to vacation in St. Pete in the late 60’s. In 1972, his family moved to Seminole, FL. He went to art school at the Tomlinson school on Mirror lake in 1986 and discovered a very sleepy downtown St. Pete. He eventually got a job working for Florida Trend Magazine which was on Central Ave and 4th street, that now is the city municipal building. Downtown was slowly growing into something unique and he feels proud to have seen it for the last 30 or so years turn into a thriving destination. Thanks for sitting down with me Eric!
